Another fritatta

After another lackluster sausage in Lockhart during lunch, I was in the mood to make something with sausage I would actually enjoy. I settled on baking another zucchini and turkey sausage fritatta. It tasted as good as I anticipated.

I did pick up a case of jalepino cheese sausage from Kruez Market. They are my favorite sausage so far. I will probably heat some up for breakfast tomorrow.
