Stuffed salmon
I felt like having some fish tonight. I did not have a chance to look up a new recipe. I have made the spinach and feta stuffed salmon dish enough to know what ingredients to buy, so I picked up the necessary items on my way home. I also cooked up some Little Mama's Side Dish to go along with it.

Great website. I will consult this when trying to figure out what I should tell Cecilia to make for dinner. If you could link to complete recipies for every dinner that would be great.
I will try my best. Occasionally I have simply neglected by duty of providing links. There are instances where this is not possible however. I understand it is an antiquated notion, but once in a while I read an actual cookbook. :)
