Fritatta


I had time to bake something this evening. I decided to make a turkey sausage and zucchini frittata. At least that is what the recipe calls it. Personally it seems closer to a crust-less quiche. Whatever it is called, it tastes really good.

Wow! That looks fantastic! I love quiche. I went on the rampage for a good spinach quiche a few years ago. I think I eventually found one. This looks even better. I'm definitely a fan of zucchini.
