Rudy's Friday?

I was not really in the mood to perform a lot of cooking for dinner this evening. I am not sure why that is since usually I enjoy the experience. Regardless, tonight I purchased some brisket from Rudy's BBQ on my way home. It was pretty good as usual, even if it was not quite as interesting a photography subject.
