More Meatloaf
I ate the remaining meatloaf tonight. There was also some broccoli and cauliflower left, so I steamed those too. I did not feel like making more tea. Instead I poured a glass of my Madonna Estates 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon. That also seemed to help make the meal feel a bit more upscale.

The broccoli and cauliflower look good. Is that Parmesan cheese?
It sure is. I saw the cheese in the fridge and figured it would taste good on top.
