Rudy's theme continued

I purchased extra food from Rudy's BBQ yesterday. That meant there was plenty left to eat this evening as well. I heated up the brisket and a bit of jalapeno sausage. I also put together some mock mashed potatoes as a side. Sorry it was not terribly exciting. Maybe I can mix it up and go crazy tomorrow.
